SixS Sports is honored to collaborate with theDepartment of Youth Empowerment and Sports (DYES), Government of Karnataka, to strengthen the state’s grassroots and high-performance athlete ecosystems. Through this partnership, SixS is introducing its cutting-edge developmental model into key DYES centers, aiming to uplift both rural and urban talent through structured, science-backed methodologies.
Karnataka has long been a breeding ground for athletic excellence, supported by its extensive network of DYES academies and training hubs. However, this partnership marks a new chapter, where state-supported facilities and outreach are paired with SixS’s integrated approach to performance science, mental resilience, and educational balance.
SixS will work alongside DYES coaches, trainers, and district sports officers to deliver:
Athlete Assessments and Monitoring: Comprehensive onboarding and tracking tools, using SixS’s proprietary cognitive and biomechanics evaluation systems.
Coach Education and Upskilling: Certified training for DYES-appointed coaches in the areas of strength & conditioning, mental training, and injury prevention.
Infrastructure Optimisation: Deployment of mobile brain training labs, recovery protocols, and biomechanics setups tailored for use at scale across Karnataka’s DYES centres.
Progression Pathways: A structured model to identify, train, and elevate talent from local camps to elite competitive platforms, including access to private club trials, university scholarships, and national selection opportunities.
The first phase of implementation targeted six high-performance hubs and multiple rural outreach zones, with over 2,000 athletes expected to be evaluated and supported within the first 12 months. The program focuses not just on winning medals but building life-ready athletes, individuals equipped with discipline, confidence, and mental fortitude to succeed both in sport and beyond.
This collaboration reflects a shared commitment to modernize sports delivery in India, one where government-backed systems and private sector innovation unite for long-term impact. Together, SixS Sports and DYES Karnataka are co-creating a replicable, scalable model of how public-private partnerships in sports can uplift the next generation of Indian athletes with dignity, data, and direction.
